Return / Exchange Policy:

Neon Eaters would like you to be comfortable and happy with your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges of new, *unused items are gladly accepted within 30 days of the original ship date.  Refunds will be given in the original form of payment.  For returns after 30 days, a merchandise credit will be issued.  After 60 from the original ship date, unfortunately no returns or exchanges will be accepted. 
No refunds will be given for shipping charges. 
The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred during the return of the product. 
**Defective merchandise may be returned at any time with proper authorization.

 *The item must be in the condition it was received with no signs of wear to any part of the item.
 **To determine if a product is "Defective" Neon Eaters may require photos, and in some cases the actual product returned to us.  By doing this Neon Eaters will not only be able to assess the defect, but also work to prevent any similar problems in future products.
